What is Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a complimentary therapy which uses the power of your unconscious mind to make it easy for you to make the changes you want.
The unconscious mind is the area in all of us which holds onto habits and learning behaviour.
As a hypnotherapist I will access your unconscious mind whilst you are in a state of relaxation which we have all experienced at one time or another just before we drift off to sleep or just before waking, feeling very much like a daydream.
Whilst in this state of mind I will give you positive therapeutic suggestions to change and release unwanted behaviour or overcome problems. It is up to you whether you accept or reject these suggestions.
Most people can be hypnotised if they want to. As a hypnotist I can only guide you. Hypnotherapy can help you make positive changes to improve your life and release unwanted behaviour.
You will have full control at all times, I cannot take over your mind, nor can I make you reveal secrets. You cannot be stuck in a hypnotic state because YOU are in control, you can come out of hypnosis at any time you choose.
